Shipping

Wahine Koa is based in Hawai’i, therefore shipments may delay if orders are made in continental U.S. (International Shipping is available! If your country is not showing up during checkout, reach out to me so that I can add your country to the International Shipping list!). I ship all of my packages through USPS, usually First Class Mail; I also use Priority Mail Medium Flat Rate Box for orders with 11x14 prints AND Apparel (you must choose priority option if you are ordering BOTH a 11x14 print and apparel). If you need an item to be shipped to you before a certain date, contact me so that we can arrange your shipping date.

Items are shipped out between 2-14 days depending on the production of my products.

I am processing everything by myself; please be patient if delays occur.

Wahine Koa is not responsible for lost packages by mailing services. I am not responsible for any stolen packages from your mailbox/door; therefore, make sure your package is sent to a reliable/secure location.

Return Policy

If, however, there is a certain circumstance, the buyer may email wahinekoa.hi@gmail.com to discuss the issue. If a refund is allowed, then the buyer is responsible for paying for the return shipping. The item(s) needs to be returned in the same condition as it was received. Once the item is back in my procession AND in good condition, I will issue a full refund.

Sticker orders are NOT refundable.

If a buyer is returning an item, they must ship it back within 14 days after the delivery date. If not, the buyer will not receive their refund.
